My passion for art is rooted in my years growing up in southern Italy where my studies lead me to apprentice at the Royal Opera House in Naples, Teatro di San Carlo, assisting in set design. After moving to the States, I raised two children in the “real world” before returning to art as a vocation.

For the past 30 years, I have owned and operated a decorative painting business specializing in faux finishes, mural work, and painted furniture. Much of these learned techniques, particularly gold, silver, and copper leaf are transferred to my artwork on canvas and are in private collections across the country. Over the years I have been drawn to birds and nature, which inspire many of my works. Commissions of all kinds are my favorite – I love the challenge of creating what is in someone else's mind and not my own!
