Take a couple of hours to slow down. This guided drawing process can help you release negative emotions, feel more peaceful and help you decide where to focus your time and energy.

Angela Sarafin is our newest instructor and we are so glad to be able to offer this workshop to you! Many of us have dabbled in the art of neurographics, but Angela is a professional art therapist and the perfect person to lead this workshop. She will teach you basic methods that you can continue to experiment with on your own after class. Angela is also a licensed therapist and would be happy to continue working with you in group or private settings.
