Do you want to learn how to decorate beautiful cakes at home? Laura Dedmond-Whorley will be joining us in the studio to teach you how. In this workshop you will explore the effects that can be achieved with various piping tips. You will learn how to create words, decorative edging, and flowers. Laura will guide you through mixing color into your icing and share professional advice on how to overcome common decorating setbacks. Each student will create a 2-layer yellow cake with buttercream icing. Cakes and decoration supplies will be provided. At the end of class each student will take home their own beautifully decorated cake and a kit of piping supplies.
